These Terms & Conditions govern your use of londonjewelryboutique.com (the "Site") and any order you place with London Jewellery Boutique. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not replace or reduce your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

2. Ordering

An order becomes binding once we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was shown in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, so no delivery charge is added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through the methods listed on our Payment Policy page.

Where a product shows a higher reference price alongside the selling price, that reference price is the price at which we have offered the item for sale.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. Full details, including exceptions for personalised and hygiene-sensitive items, are set out in our Return Policy.

6. Conformity and warranty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your items must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for purpose. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

7. Product information

We describe our jewellery as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and measurements may vary by a millimetre or two between pieces. Where we describe a finish as silver-tone, gold-tone or rose gold-tone, the item is plated or coated rather than solid precious metal. Stones described as opal are synthetic unless stated otherwise. No item is sold as a medical or therapeutic product.

8. Care and use

Jewellery is delicate. Plated and coated finishes wear over time. Damage caused by misuse, by contact with perfume, chlorine or cleaning products, or by normal wear over time is not covered by warranty.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please email info@londonjewelryboutique.com first — we aim to reply within one working day and to resolve complaints within 14 days. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, where we are established. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in continue to apply, and nothing here removes your right to bring proceedings in your own courts.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
