Opal Earrings Built Around One Large Oval Cabochon

Each earring is a single oval cabochon, domed and polished so the flecks of green, blue and pink inside it move as you do. The gold-tone bezel is finished with a fine twisted rope edge that catches light on its own, and the stone sits high and close to the lobe instead of swinging below it.
